MY STILL GROVE

Welcome, travelers. You’ve found your way to the Still Grove — a quiet space to pause, reflect, and gently grow. Take a moment (or many) to breathe, to listen, to return to yourself. Here, you are invited to wander through what your heart needs most: a journal reflection, a moment of meditative peace, a small act of self-care, or a spark of creativity. There is no rush here. Follow whichever path calls to you. Trust that you are always arriving — exactly where you are meant to be.

Welcome from Leah,

Keeper of the Grove

Leah is a dedicated mindfulness practitioner, urban sketcher, and lover of the natural world. After years of studying and practicing the teachings of early Buddhism—particularly the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta—she created My Still Grove as a refuge for reflection, creativity, and spiritual growth.

She finds joy in reading the Dhamma and exploring how these teachings come alive in daily life. Having attended weeklong silent retreats with Peter Carlson and Shaila Catherine, and studied the Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta online with Bhikkhu Anālayo, Leah holds a deep respect for the roots of the tradition. She values encouraging others on the path—not as an authority, but as a fellow traveler.

As the Keeper of the Grove, she welcomes others into a space where stillness meets insight—where breath, beauty, and truth are honored companions
